what is the best make up for 14?

im looking for foundation,mascara,blush, eye liner and lip gloss. what is the best kind to make it look the best. for foundation i want it lite and like a mouse what is the best to make it look air brushed, for mascara i want them LONG, and i curl them, for blush i want it lite pinky color, eye liner i dont always wear but i have hazel eyes and i want them to pop, oh and some eye shadow(i dont wear this often) for hazel eyes, and lip gloss i like it a poinky color not dark. and i dont want to pay alot so like the best cheep brands from like target and ulta. and which straigtner is the best solia,ghd, or sedu??? i like the 1 1/2 inch ones

If you’re just starting out, just use Cover Girl. Its cheap, has a great variety of colors, and does actually work. When you feel more confidant, go find brands that you feel good with at Sephora.
i hear elf is good. and apparentlty dirt cheap. the vibrating mascara has always made my lashes appear longer and curled
Foundation: Clarins Longwear
Mascara: Lancome Hypnose
Blush: Smashbox highlights
Eyeliner: Lise Watier Crayon Kajal in Noir Indigo or Eyeshine in Smokey Brown
Eye Shadow: Purples, Golds and Browns.
Try MAC. They have some great products. These are the products I use though,
OrganicWear Liquid Foundation (around my eyes)
L’oreal True Match loose powder foundation (sometimes, not usually though)
Revlon ‘ Wine with Everything’ Blush (dont really use it. Just sometimes in the fall)
L’oreal Concealer (Under eye circles)
A mocha color brown eyeshadow. Its from a L’oreal quad ( all over the lid)
Wet ‘n’ Wild Gel/Cream liner.
Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara!
The blush I use, Revlon’s ‘Wine with Everything’, is a really good light pinky color!
I have hazel eyes too, but I have some gold spots in my eyes, so I use a mocha color. It depends what shade of hazel eyes you have! But purple eyeshadow works great with hazel eyes.
For eyeliner I use gel/cream, Wet ‘n’ Wild, it works awesome:D

Since you’re only 14, I would suggest not wearing too much makeup. Natural is the key to looking beautiful. Try an eyeshadow that’s a champagne, with a little pink in it. this looks good in all skin types. Look for something that’s similar to MAC’s Naked Lunch shadow, since you’re on a budget. Then you can try some funky eyeliner that will make your eyes pop. I don’t think you need blush unless you’re going to be on stage performing. With lip color, stay neutral when you’re doing something cool with your eyes, but if not, you can try a really pretty color that goes with your skin tone. With places like Ulta, you can usually find a salesgirl there to help you with choosing great colors for you. Good luck!
If you don’t want to spend a lot of money on the cosmetics, drug store cosmetics are the best.
For the foundation, you should invest a little bit of money. Consult with the beauty pros in Macy’s or Lord and Taylor, they test your skin and let you try for 2 weeks. If your skin have any irritation or breaks out, you can always return even after you use them already. That’s what i did last time.
Clinique and Maybelline got good mascara.
If your area has Sephora, go there and try different make up so you’ll see which one is looks good on your skin.
For Hazel eye, Almay has the eyeshadow that helps your eye color pops.
Foundation : Dream matte mouse. I love it ! It does give you a air brushed look and it makes my skin soooo soft <3
Mascara : I love my maybelline lash stylist. makes my eyelashes SOOOO dark. But I love telescopic explosion, it for some reason makes my eyelashes extremely long. Or you can go for coveregirl lash blast length and volume. (the blue tube or the yellow tube)
Blush : I’ve always loved covergirl blush. Anything covergirl blush is great.
Eyeliner : I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE my maybelline define a line. Believe me, IT IS number 1 ! Or milani color brilliance, amazingggg color.
Eyeshadow : Try covergirl eyelights ! They have eyeshadow labeled for hazel eyes. See those colors, and go get them from sephora, or just buy them from covergirl.
Lipgloss : I loveee victoria’s secret beauty rush lip gloss. 7$ but its so worth it <3 Or just a lipgloss from wet n wilddd.
Get a sedu flat iron.
Or go to folica.com
and order a solia.
$80 but its worth it.
It gets hotter than sedu, but you might need hairspray to keep it more straight.

Also try ulta lipgloss (: and lash stilletto, extremely long eyelashes.
