First, put conceiler under your eyes and on your eyelids to create a basecoat. Dust a loose or pressed powder over it to set it. Focusing on the ball of the eye, apply a mid to dark tone eyeshadow from lash line to crease. Typically, Filipino eyes don't have much of a crease, so you're not going to try to create one. Apply the pale gold on your eyebrow bone (right underneath your eyebrow) and on the inside corners of your eyes. Getting your eyebrows professionally waxed will also make your eyes appear larger. Put a dark brown eyeliner on, concentrating on the outside corners of your eyes. Make it thicker as you go out. Just be sure to not make it look cat eye ish. Just make sure you dont make it too thick on the inside corners because this can make your eyes look a lot smaller. Try to use creamy eyeliners. Curl your lashes and apply a few coats of mascara and your done!
