If you want dramatic I suggest eyeliner and a smoky eye. I have brown eyes and notice when I wear green shades it brings out my eyes more. You can also do a purple, black, or blue smokey eye as well. And if you have the matching eyeliner color it would look really well. You can also do a subtle look by wearing a pink shade and using white in the inner tear ducks and right under your eyebrows to really make your face look bright and your eyes to pop. It just makes them look like ugly girls that are trying to cover up their ugliness.
