Silver….with black eyeliner
any =P black goes with anything.

slight shimmery anything. smokey eye is always a good way to go.
Metallics or pastels.
You need to bring light to your face so you aren’t washed out by the black.
Team it with a sheer, dewy foundation, highlighter on the cheekbones and lots of mascara.
Do a smokey eye.
Try charcoaly colors and purples
If your really bold try a gold or green tones, these colors really pop on my different skin tones.
Try darker but more noticeable shades, such as maroon, purple, teal, blue, silver, etc. They will look good in dim lighting, but will stand out against the black dress.
Smokey eyes would be awesome but with a black dress the possibilities are endless.
Depending on your eye color, try these-
BLUE: silver with a little bit of eyeliner(smudged) and mascara
GREEN: gold with mascara; no liner!
BROWN: a light purple, some smudged eyeliner and mascara
Well your dress sounds gorgeous. I think that I would be very plain with my eye makeup. Maybe some gold shadow and some eyeliner and mascara. That would be so classy!
you can play w/ the colors but the best advice is to keep eye makeup and all makeup for that matter subtle. Too many females, especially young women use way too much thinking that it makes their eyes look more dramatic. It really doesn’t. It just makes them look like ugly girls that are trying to cover up their ugliness.
The prettiest girls look great without make-up and look gorgeous with just the slightest touch.
well since the dress id black you could go a little crazy with the eye make-up. if its at night i would do a smokey black eyeshadow and 2 coats of maskara with dark black eyeline. if its at daytime i would do some nice pinks eyeshadows and a light eyeliner with 1 coat of mascara.

any colour would work though, since it’s black. purples, dark pinks and shimmery make-up always goes good with black. stay away from making your eyes look smokey though. use eyeliner and mascara also

Since you’re wearing a black dress, you can go with any color! Thats the best part of wearing black because you are not limited to what make up to wear. It really depends on what kind of look you are going for. If you want dramatic I suggest eyeliner and a smoky eye. I have brown eyes and notice when I wear green shades it brings out my eyes more. You can also do a purple, black, or blue smokey eye as well. And if you have the matching eyeliner color it would look really well. You can also do a subtle look by wearing a pink shade and using white in the inner tear ducks and right under your eyebrows to really make your face look bright and your eyes to pop.

well depend how what colors thats does match youre style and looks such youre skin colors . i wouldnt wear any blue or green , or pink eye liners make up cause it will look little odd. plus i thing it better you ask youre friends what they really think what kind of colors that does match on youre looks. because best friends never lied . but you can go to the make department such as the mall they have someone who does know alot of make up eye liners stuffs whats is good or isnt great on you . they also gave you some free gifts to choose the best make up sets .

Go with whatever best compliments your comlexion and eye color, just go a little dark and dramatic or the black will make your eyes look faded or drab.
