What are some good makeup tips for a young face?

i have started to wear makeup recently, and im wanting a few makeup tips. i dont want to look all cake or anything and im wondering what are some good makeup stuff i could use to make my face look natural and not cake? im thinking of a bit of blush and eye liner and mascara because they are my favourite so far. help please

Don’t use a lot of foundation.
Decrease the amount of make-up you wear, if you add loads.
Mascara should only be applied to the top lashes.
Sometimes just using lip balm is good already.
Make sure the eyeliner is quite close to the edge of your eye lid.
Blush on is good but try not to use lots to make it look more rosy, more natural?

Well depending on how young you actually are…
You probably shouldn’t be wearing too much make-up. Blush is okay, but definitely not too much. Probably not mascara, but a little bit of eye liner is okay. You do not want to start applying make-up heavily young, because as you grow you are going to automatically begin to apply more and more. I think what you are doing now is fine, as long as you do not overload your face with it..
Well to be honest, It depends on your eye colour and skin colour.
If you are young then it is best to have your make up on very lightly.
Just put a thin layer of Mascara on,
a tinsy bit of blush,
Green eyes = Gold, brown eyeshadow
Blue eyes = Pale pink, Green eyeshadow
Brown eyes = Creamy colours
Hazel = Same as green/or blue(at times)
And a bit of clear or light pink lipGLOSS.
Lipstick mostly looks horrible on young faces.

- Don’t use foundation just yet, tinted moisturizer is lush and makes your skin glow naturally.
- Use mascara as you please; just don’t over-do it.
- If your going to wear make-up you need to take care of your skin etc, taking all your make-up off at night, moisturizing, using products that suit your skin type (oily, dry or in between).
- Vasaline is better than lip gloss. Seriously, Lip gloss is all sticky and disgusting. Lip balm however makes your lips smooth & gives it a good shine.
- Use a little blusher keeping in mind that less is more. One dip for each cheek is enough.
- Use a little bit of eyeliner to define your eyes. Not too much or you’ll look like a panda xD
My advice is keep it to a minimum or else instead of just wanting to use make-up you’ll end up depending on it to cover up all your blemishes.
