ELF Cosmetics was in attendance at this year’s Ultimate Prom, along with Akon, Kat De Luna, Tina Parol, Gossip Girl’s Conor Paolo, Katrina Bowden from 30 Rock, rockers Forever The Sickest Kids and many others! Ultimate prom is an annual event where one high school gets the chance to win a dream prom in New York City. This year’s winner was New York’s High School of Fashion Industries and their lucky students had the chance to design a red carpet dress for singer Kat De Luna! EyesLipsFace Creative Director Achelle was the makeup artist for Tina Parol before the event and hit the red carpet for fashion spotting afterwards!
