Make-up for young teenage skin?

I am a fifteen year old girl. I live in London and I am looking for a makeup brand that is good for teenage skin so i dont want anti aging maekup!!! LOL. I do not have bad acne but i do get some spots (obviously) and I have combination skin which is quite fair and light. I haven’t really dared to explore many make-up brands but that is because I don’t want to ruin my skin i want to start by using the best makeup there is so as not to spoil my skin or waste time trying products which are terrible. I want to use a good makeup that doesnt ruin my skin but just balances imperfections & prevents oiliness etc. etc.
I dont want to spend a lot but i do want a good quality brand. I would also like it if you could recommend me some could applicator sponges, brushes etc.
Also if you recommend me a really good make-up remover that will be really helpful too =)

i have started to wear makeup recently, and im wanting a few makeup tips. i dont want to look all cake or anything and im wondering what are some good makeup stuff i could use to make my face look natural and not cake? im thinking of a bit of blush and eye liner and mascara because they are my favourite so far. help please
What is a good makeup remover for eye makeup and for young skin?

Okay so I’m looking for something that removes eye makeup but can be used for removing foundation too, but like mainly for removing eye makeup. Also, can you please tell me where to get it from?
