Okay, I will tell you what I look like. I have kinda like an indian skin tone, dark brown eyes, really really dark brown hair that I just got cut up to my shoulders today. I have a heart shaped face and nice lips. I would also like my make up to NOT be expensive…like mascara from maybelline…for a 13 year old girl that doesnt get an allowance, thats expensive. so yeah. I don’t want blush, I don’t want foundation or cover up. But I would like some concealer, mascara,eyeliner,lipgloss,eyeshadow. oh yeah, for the eyeshadow n everything…is there like a certain brush that i should use or something? or do i just use the stuff that comes with it?

The dress is a vivid aqua color and is strapless with a jewel design just under the bust. I’m definitely thinking some sort of makeup that involves silver, because the dress is so light and happy that a dark smoky eye just wouldn’t do it justice. pictures of ideas would be very much appreciated!

One of my eyes has a flipped eyelid, while the other one doesn’t. I love eyeliner, but I can’t use it because it will highlight the uneven-ness and make it apparent. If I wanted to use any eye makeup, how would you suggest I apply it while maintaining balance?

I have kinda dark blue eyes and blonde hair (natural brunette) and I was wondering if anyone has any makeup tips to make my eyes appear lighter blue? I typically wear like a goldish brown eye shadow with black eye liner and black mascara and that’s the best I have found to bring out the color, anyone have any other tips? Thanks!
