Best pressed powder foundation that won’t make me break out?

I need a pressed powder foundation that’s going to cover really well, is sweat proof, works well with my really, really oily skin, has a air-brushed, matte, flawless, light weight finish, and is’nt cake-y. Thanks!!
p.s. I heard theses were good, but i’m not sure which one’s the best: Benefit some-kind-a-gorgeous, shsiedo hydro liquid, make-up for ever duo mat powder, etc

Ive been looking for good make-up brushes (for eyes, face, lips, blah blah blah), yet every where I go, its never really less than $15 a brush. Thing is I need a WHOLE, new set of brushes, and it would be nice not to spend all of my disposable income on them =]
What are the best make up brushes that wont cause break outs?

I have acne prone skin with scars that I’m trying to cover up with make up. I bought bare escentuals and the brushes made me brake out even more. are there any brushes that are softer that wont cause me any more break outs? I’ve tried MAC brushes and they too made me break out.
The break outs came after I used the brushes two times, I dont think I have to clean the brushes everytime I used them, Unless I’m wrong? But I think I got pimples becuase the brushes were too stiff and it felt like they were poking my skin as I was applying the make up.
