What’s a good effective way of removing eye makeup without rubbing the eyelids?

I like to use lots of waterproof mascara and eyeliner and I’ve always removed it with baby oil because out of all the products out there, the baby oil is the only thing that has removed the eye makeup I wear without the need of rubbing the eyelids too much. Are there any other ways or any useful products that I can use to easily and effectively remove eye makeup without having to rub my eyes/eyelids?
