is sephora make up really worth the money? i haven’t tried anything from there yet..but my sister did and she hasn’t bought anything since..

what is so special about their make up? what are the best things to buy there as far as brushes and just the make up in general.

if you have shopped there what are your thoughts on their makeup? do they have gift cards and if so can you put any amount on the card?

I have something coming up in my life, and i want to look my best…but i never really wore make up ever not even in high school, and now i wanna wear it for this one day..
so i need to ask how do i apply foundation/ powder (for oily acne prone skin)
eyeliner and eyeshadow (rather large lightish brown eyes)
lipgloss, blush, etc..
(i have light ivory skin color, dark brown hair by the way)

if i could at least get some color help and what brushes to use i would love that!
but i really want step by step instructions…or atleast a website that could help??

if you could only get one of these items from mac which one and color would you get, like which ones are the best?
i am going to a mac this weekend for the first time and are really intrested in trying their products and i will talk to a makeup lady there but i just want to know other peoples opinion:

Ok. I got a twenty five dollar gift card to target from my mom and i want to get some cheap makeup.. i want super pale white foundation and powder stuff.. and a lipstick. i have brushes and eyeliner… but if anyone knows something good to get please let me know asap! ten points to best cheap products at target.. lol thank you(: oh and im a teen boy with five inch hair and sideburns, trying to get into the vampire spirit(: haha

i got the SMASHBOX foundation, bowder and fusion soft lights bronzer and eyeshadow….it was expensive. and i knew the smashbox brushes are alot too. so i was asking the sale person what brushes i needed to get, like foundation brush, powder brush etc. well they told me if i didn’t want to spend so much (over $100 on just the brushes) i could get URBAN DECAY powder brush and i could do all of those things with this one brush…it was only $35. so i baught the makeup and that one brush. im feeling unsure about it. does anyone have any helpful information? if you have used these products and what has worked best for you. thanks!

I was thinking about buyiing M.A.C’S FIX +. I know i can use it to refresh my skin but what else can i use it for? also what is the best M.A.C make-up brush to use to apply liquid fouundation? is it the 187 ?

but i want to know how to apply like EVERY type of makeup… i already know about pencil eye liner and mascara… but like everything else..
like bronzer, eyeshadow, liquid eye liner,blush, toner, everything…
any tips…?
i also need like brushses and instruments…
like what brushes do i use to apply this…
also, some makeup ideas… i have round/oval face… medium brown hair and tanned skin.. any ideas for make up? hair?

Do you pre conceal or post conceal, which works best?
Also, do you have to use the big brush when applying your first layer of foundation? If you like heavier coverage, can you just go straight to the middle brush?
And If you are using a primer, does it go under the Bare Vitamins rever-upper or after the vitamins application?

Ok I want to know the best SPECIFIC make up product for each type of make up. If it helps I have black hair, dark brown eyes, and olive/tan skin. Ok so what is the best product for…

for #5 i mean powder as in pressed powder, you know the make up you apply after foundation and concealer

Hi, so I am looking for a stippling brush to use with maybelline dream smooth mousse foundation. I know that the MAC 187 is recommended by lots of people but I would really rather not spend that much money on a brush. I was looking at the Sigma brushes but I’m not sure which one would be best for the Maybelline foundation. The two I was looking at were the Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki – F80 and the Duo Fibre – F50. Which one do you think would be best??
And if you are going to recommend a different brush please don’t say any MAC ones as I do not want to spend that amount of money. Oh, and I live in Canada so there are some brands (sonia kashuk for instance) are not available to me.
