I got a twenty five dollar gift card to target from my mom and i want to get some cheap makeup.. i want super pale white foundation and powder stuff.. and a lipstick. i have brushes and eyeliner… but if anyone knows something good to get please let me know asap! ten points to best cheap products at target.. lol thank you(: oh and im a teen boy with five inch hair and sideburns, trying to get into the vampire spirit(: haha

Im going to a halloween party as michael jackson but i wanted my costume to be different from the rest of the black guys going as 80s michael. So i came up with the idea to look like the 90s michael with the pale skin. The only problem is that I have brown skin and dont know what type of makeup to buy to do the transformation. Does anyone know?
