ok well i was wondering what is the best way of applying foundation tell me what is better in your opinion and what does each applience do different from one another

Sponge:(what is the diffrence between wet sponge and dry sponge)….
brush:……………..
i wanted to know if using a brush looks different then applying with a sponge or figures please help me understand
