New to eye make-up brushes, HELP!?

I really want to buy a brush for applying eyeshadow.
I can’t afford to get an eyeshadow brush, a blending brush AND a slanted brush.
so i’ll get all of them through time,
but which one is the best to get first and use it by itself with the eyeshadow?

the eyeshadow brush,
the blending eyeshadow brush,
or the slanted brush? thank you xo

The regular eyeshadow brush becasue the rest are just used to make applying easier but the basic eyeshadow brush is almost a necessity for properly putting on eyeshadow.

If your only going to get one get the eyeshadow brush, you can blend with your finger, a cotton swab or a fluffy face brush. When you go to the store you can also look for cheaper brush sets. They include a good variety of brushes for cheaper then the the combined price of more expensive brushes.

Start with the regular eyeshadow brush, its the most important! and for the mean time– you can use it at different angles for an angled stroke.
    :)

I have a ton of brushes that i used to use, but now i do my makeup at red lights, and i have started to prefer my finger as a blending brush, an eyeshadow brush can give the same effect as a slanted one, so I would get the eyeshadow brush.

Get the eyeshadow brush. Try the MAC239, its AMAZING. With practice you can use the eyeshadow brush like a blending and slanted brush (it obviously won’t be as good, but can still be functional).

I would go with the blending brush. This has become my everyday brush, just because I like to use three colors on my eyes and it does the job everytime!

I say go with the plain eyeshadow brush. You can even blend it by angling it and strokes it just takes practice.
