Make-Up List (10 points best and most detailed answer)?

Okay so i got a make-up box, and it is humongous. I also got some more money this morning so i decided to make up a list of what i want/need. Just write which one you think i should get for which item that i want.
”btw … i have pretty dark lips, and they already get kind of reddish when i put on clear lip gloss so don’t recommend any red, or dark pink lip glosses. also, i have blue eyes, dirty-blond hair with a bunch of gold highlights. I also have pretty light skin, but im not like … pale.
List:
Lip Gloss
Blush (nothing too dark)
Eye Shadow (not black though)
Mascara (one in black, and one in brown)(I have short lashes)
Chap Stick
Concealer
Eye Liner (white please)
oh and very important .. i have a bunch of brushes but i don’t have an angle brush

i have blonde hair blue eyes and long lashes and same lips so yea trust me on this(:
eyeliner: i like dark brown and black, i put it on my water line then take it off with a Q-tip and then i have a little line, but its still noticable.
mascara: i like fantastic lash (reddish tube) by covergirl in a black and brown and lash blast (big orange tube) by covergirl in black and brown and professional the pro is in bold and fessional is in normal writing, its a blue tube not too dark but not too light, its skinny, its my favorite.

eye shadow: my favorite colors that go with my eyes are, a shimmery gold, shimmery silver, green, and grey i usually wear grey or shimmery silver, those are my favorites. and browns look good.

chapstick: this is my favorite the flavors are amazing i got it in vegas its by dasani it keeps y lips most, although the downside is you have to apply it alot, and i like lypsyl those are my favorite
