Make-up help? plzz?!?!?!?

Ok, I’ve been wearing make-up for a pretty long time, but over half that time people were putting it on me, so I don’t really know how and the other half I was jus wearing powder, mascara, and lip gloss. I bought a really nice brush set from www.markvtweezers.com but I don’t really know what some of them are for, or how to use them. So really the question(s) are:
~what is and how do you use a kabuki brush?
~what is and how do you use primer?
And
~what make-up should I buy, like the diff. Types, and what do you use them for/how do you use them?
You would be helping A LOT!! So thnxx in advance!!

Go to youtube.
Look up the popular makeup people,
Especially panacea81 and xsparkage.
They give looks, and tutorials on simple things.
There are other makeup artists on youtube,
Just make sure to go to the more popular ones,
They are better at tutorials and have better quality videos so you can see what they’re doing lol. -
It all depends on your skin tone and your eye color… go to cvs and you can get mascara from covergirl that goes perfectly with your eye color

A kabuki brush is a all over face brush that gives u flawless coverage, thats why they are expensive., U just dip the brush in powder and apply lightly all over ur face. A primer is like a base for makeup, it makes makup last longer and look more vibrant, just take the primer and apply with ur finger on ur eye lid, or on face if u want your powders to last longer. Buy collosal mascara by maybelline, line stylist by maybelline(eyeliner), and tru blend by covergirl.
Order:
primer
foundation
blush/bronzer
eyeshadow
eyeliner

To answer your first question – The kabuki brushes are mostly used to apply dry, powder-based makeup like foundation or blush.
Second question – Primer is basically a base you apply on the skin for longer lasting makeup. I LOVE the stuff
Lastly I moslty use bare escentuals brand make up. They carry everything from foundation to eyeshadow. It gives you full coverage with a natural look. I get my make-up at Sephora. They help you apply the make-up in the store to show you what everything is and how to put it on. That is free so if you know where a Sephora is I would definitely go in. You can order it at Sephora.com if there isn’t a sephora at your local mall. (They also have A LOT of different other brands if you don’t like the bare escentuals)
