uhh use makeup remover or baby oil on a q-tip
use loreal eye makeup remover with a cotton ball to remove makeup.
I use cocoa butter to remove eye makeup, it’s effective and it’s good for that gentle skin under and around your eyes.
Buy an eye make up remover cleanser. Not just make up remover, but “eye” make up remover. Neutragena makes the best one. It comes in a blue pump and comes out like a foam. Its very moisturizing and won’t burn your eyes. Also, be sure to use eye cream after you wash your face. That will help keep the skin looking moist.
I use revlon colorstay make up remover. It’s a cream and it works really well! Much better than the liquid stuff
i use baby oil on a q-tip, then i put mozturizer on after!
They make special wipes to remove eye make up. I used to use this one brand but I forget what they’re called..I’m sure any pharmacy would have something like them!
use a cotton ball with a little baby oil to clean your eyes. then use a gentle face wash. if there is still residue, then use a qtip with some face lotion and clean them again.
Get Noxzema its in a blue container.
You can get it at CVS, or mostly at any store. =)
It doesnt dry your skin out or anything, theres no burning, or irritation.

Any baby oil will remove all of your eye makep. Just wet a cottonball with a little water and put some bay oil on it and it will sweep every bit of eye makeup off.

Mary Kay oil free eye make-up remover. WOW. the stuff melts off, and it is safe for sensitive eyes and contacts. No pulling or tuggin even with waterproof. There is no oil or grease, so it doesn’t clog pores like baby oil
