just gonna say this here in case somebody is actually gonna do this. okay liquid latex will work better for this, and you can very easily apply makeup like airbrush, grease, or creme over liquid latex. and it requires no skill in melting and applying hot stuff that dries quickly, as liquid latex dries slower so you can make it look like you want. and for the screw… i would have taken my dremmel and cut it at an angle so it looked like it was stabbing into flesh not paralleling it
