Eye Makeup?

I want some makeup tips(specifically eye makeup) that looks really good but really natural like you cant even tell its there.

I have dark brown eyes, tan skin, and light brown hair with golden blonde highlights. My hair kinda has a redish tint in it so any ideas to bring that color out would be great.

THANKS SOOO MUCH!

not anything to extreme thats for sure…try a light light pink….then top it with a white to kinda fade them in together…

you seem to be slightly more “amber-ish”, with the brown and golden blonde. I’ll go with a slightly lighter eyemake up and a bit of dark mascara. but you sound pretty enough to do without make up. (:

Try out some brown tones for a natural look. As for application, do a lighter tone over the brow bone and entire lid, then go with a darker tone along the lash line out, and up into the crease and blend. It will create definition in the eye. Also, eyeliner is great to make your lashes look fuller with out having mascara, and another great lash tip is to use an eyelash curler. It makes the appear longer. If you want some color, try the same tips with green or purple shadows.

    since you have brown eyes,
try green and white and kind of blend them together for a gradiant effect! : )
If you want your eyes to look bigger, put some light colored eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes and put some brown eyeliner at the top. (Works for me. : D)
And if you want them to look smaller, put dark eyeliner on the top and the bottom.
Pink and purple looks good on anybody~! <3
    Blue and white might work.
and lastly, mascara’s important! (but don’t put on too much! XD)

get some golden or bronze eye shadows and blend then together. there is eye shadow packs that have like 4 diff. kind of colors that all run together. that should be good for ya!

    It’s always fun to experiment!

heres what you do…..go to walmart and get one of those inexpensive mary kate and ashley glitter chub sticks for your eyes. put a one layer going across your lid, than choose a light or neutral color for an eyeshadow, like a pearl, or a very soft pink, or even glam it up a bit with a really baby bue to bring out your dark eyes. put the shadow on over the layer of the glitter stick. not only does it look well blended and natural but it will stay for hours without any reapplication. trust me! good luck! :o )

I would stick with browns – you can do both light and dark.
Light during the day and darker during the night.

You can also get away with using a smokey Grey over the sockets which looks really nice too.

    Or you can use pinks.

Metallic browns, pinks and Grey’s look great with your features (I have dark brown eyes, light brown hair and a tan skin (after Ive had my Fake Bake sprayed on) and I find those colours never let me down and it makes a change to wear them in a metallic shade.

I’m quite adventurous when it comes to make up and I’ve found that greens (darkish greens) look lovely too (not sure if that’s not what you would consider ‘natural’ though) and I love silver and gold as well.

If your ever unsure of a colour and don’t want to use it over the whole eye then simply use it over the upper lid quite close to the lash (just do a thickish line over your eyelash – sort of like you would with a kohl pencil on your upper eyelid).

You can get away with most colours with your features, so don’t be afraid to experiment.

Oh, yeah, Mascara is a must and eyeliner at the bottom or top or both is fine – see what suits you best, if you have big eyes you may not need it but if you have small eyes you may not want to use it on both upper and lower lids – experiment and see what suits you best.

stick to the softer shades of browns for a natural look, like taupe. and brown liner and black/brown mascara. black tends to look very unnatural and harsh.

there is a line called pop sold at sehora and they have a lid bronzing kit. It is 6 light shade colors that gives your lid a nice tint and makes your eyes pop! also, sold at sephora by pop as well is a “brown eyes” kit with 8 eyeshadows, 8 liners, and more. i have brown eyes and this is what i use to make my eyes sparkle without looking like i have too much makeup on!
