goat hair is generally white or black and alot softer.
I have found the sable hairs can be a little courser but they both apply fairly similarly, the mac white goat hair brushes are some of the best I think.
They would be:
MAC 239 for most eyeshadow
MAC 219 pencil brush for concentrated colour and smokyness
NARS 12 brush the small blending brush for all blending out
Stila 10 angle brush for liner and brows
And an art brush shaped like a concealer brush or any cream shadows or bases or whatnot (but you can use your fingers)
And I love the MAC 205 but when I first got it I found it difficult to use on myself cause generally you use it from the top not under the lashes.

What are the differences between an eye make up brush made of goat hair vs. a sable hair? Which hair is worth buying/investing in?

If you had to name the top 3 (or 5 at most) eye brushes that you use on a daily basis, which would they be?
