u mean waterproof eyeliner?
there no such thing as waterproof eyshadow.
um there’s urban decay 24/7 eyepencil and styli style line & seal waterproof eyepnecil u can try those
but idk if they r for sensitive eyes
why did u uyeliner on the lidnt liquid eyeliner
? i have watery inner eyz so cld u recommend wat i can use thats waterproof eyeshadow

it’s loreal paris telescopic liquid eyeliner.
I really like it, it’s the only liquid eyeliner I use!
I just use a Sonia Kashuk bent eyeliner brush (from Target) to apply it though because the felt tip of the eyeliner makes it go on kind of thick.
what eyeliner is that? its nice and black. other eyeliners just come out grayish!
