Best Make-Up Products/Concealers?

Looking for specifically a good concealer, the one I currently use makes my skin look sort of chalky.

I’m prone to acne, and do not like the thick cakey feel at all.
I need something light with great coverage, and an air-brush finish would be a plus but not nessesary
Also I have heat-sensitive and therefore get somewhat sweaty.
Nothing looks better than having your make-up leak off your face.
I do have some bumps on my skin that some make-up enhances
Any tips about that?

I’ve been looking into the dream matte mousse, but I’m hearing mixed reviews.

Is a primer reccomended?
If so which one?
I have the acne taken care of.
I just don’t want a product that will flare it up.
