I was wondering if you have any makeup tips to make my eyes look bigger?

If anyone knows any make up tips that might make my eyes look bigger, or just some nice looking makeup tips please tell me! I am also hoping for tips about how to make my eyes stand out more or anything. (i have brown eyes) or maybe even different cute for hairstyles? Thanks =)

Ultimate prom is an annual event where one high school gets the chance to win a dream prom in New York City. This year’s winner was New York’s High School of Fashion Industries and their lucky students had the chance to design a red carpet dress for singer Kat De Luna! EyesLipsFace Creative Director Achelle was the makeup artist for Tina Parol before the event and hit the red carpet for fashion spotting afterwards!
